These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Stellicode Tech Solution Inc. website at stellicode.com (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Engagements for software development services are governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties — these Terms apply only to your use of this website.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and that you accept these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time; the revised version takes effect when posted, and your continued use of the Site after that constitutes acceptance.

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, related systems, or networks.

robots.txt. - Submit content through our contact form that is unlawful, harassing, fraudulent, or infringes any third party's rights.
- Use the Site to transmit malware, spam, or other harmful material.
3. Intellectual Property
The Site, including its design, code, text, graphics, the Stellicode logo, and other content (collectively, the "Content"), is owned by Stellicode Tech Solution Inc. or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to view the Content for personal or internal business reference only. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Content without our prior written consent.
4. Submissions and Feedback
Information you submit through our contact form is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. By sending us suggestions, ideas, or feedback, you grant Stellicode a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use that feedback to operate and improve our services, without obligation to you.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which form part of these Terms.
6. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may link to third-party websites or use third-party services (for example, Google reCAPTCHA and Google Fonts). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third party. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components, or that any information on the Site is current or complete.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Stellicode Tech Solution Inc., its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your access to or use of the Site, whether based on contract, tort, statute, or any other legal theory. Our total aggregate liability arising from or related to your use of the Site is limited to one hundred Canadian dollars (CA$100).
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stellicode Tech Solution Inc. and its officers, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. The provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including Intellectual Property, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law — shall survive.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario, Canada, and you consent to their personal jurisdiction.
